Terms of use

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Popzine website (popzine.se) and its services, including content, commenting features, and accounts.

By using the website you accept the Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

Popzine publishes editorial content such as news, reviews, and interviews. We aim for accuracy but content is provided “as is” without warranty of completeness or timeliness.

All editorial material, including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Popzine or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use the content commercially without our written permission, except as permitted by mandatory law (e.g. short quotations with attribution).

Where you can create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that your login credentials are kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of abuse.

If you submit comments or other user-generated content, you represent that you have the right to publish the material and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

You must not publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or otherwise harmful to persons or businesses. Spam, advertising in breach of our rules, or automated posting without permission is not allowed.

Comments may be moderated before or after publication. We may remove content or suspend users without prior notice if we deem it necessary to comply with law, protect other users, or our operations.

By submitting content you grant Popzine a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, store, display, and modify the content as necessary to operate the service (e.g. to display your comment on the website).

Popzine and related names and logos are trademarks owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.

If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright, contact us at info@popzine.se with sufficient information for us to assess the matter.

The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for content, privacy practices, or availability of such third parties. Use of linked services is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by mandatory Swedish law, Popzine is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the website.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the service is free from interruption, errors, or security risks. We cannot be held liable for malware or third-party content outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. If you are a consumer resident in Sweden, or as otherwise required by mandatory law, you may also refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a court.

If you are a business, disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

We may update the Terms when necessary. The current version will be published on this page. For material changes we may notify via the website or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes may mean you accept the new terms.
